No, the program fee does not include the flight. Participants book their flights independently, we are happy to consult you while purchasing your ticket to ensure you are booking correctly.

No, you are welcome to arrive and leave earlier and/or later than the dates listed above. In fact, many of our participants choose to stay additional time in-country to explore- we encourage it!

World Walker suggests participants fly in and out of Haneda Airport in Tokyo. We encourage you to book the tickets that make the most sense for you logistically and for your budget.

Every World Walker trip includes at least two free days for participants to explore and discover on their own. Our Japan trip features a free day in Tokyo and a free day in Kyoto. We are happy to help you plan out your free day if you have questions.

World Walker organizes a minimum of three pre-departure where we provide professional development and community building activities for the cohort. Attendance is not mandatory, but highly encouraged to maximize your experience.
